Our Structure Has Evolved. Our Values Remain.

It is with great pride that Select Wealth Partners announces the evolution of our firm into a new level of independence. We are now a fully independent and SEC-registered investment advisory firm (RIA). We want to assure you that we’ve made this decision with our clients in mind.

The launch of our new registration is a compilation of decades of dedicated hard work from our trusted advisors and the continued trusted relationship with our clients.  It also exemplifies our commitment to working solely in your best interest, with complete liberty to fully prioritize you, your objectives, and your financial well-being.  Best of all, we will continue delivering the thoughtfully customized, strategic planning you’ve come to expect from us – because at Select Wealth Partners, you’ll be cared for by the same team you’ve always trusted.

We look forward to sharing all the benefits that this new independence will bring to our clients and their families.

A New Chapter. The Same Commitment.

A New Chapter. The Same Commitment.

We are guided by one simple philosophy: doing what is right for our clients has always been our highest priority. SWP and its advisors act as fiduciaries and are obligated to act in our clients’ best interests when providing investment advice, putting our clients’ interests ahead of our own. This longstanding responsibility is reflected in the care, integrity, and transparency with which we serve our clients. Our new direct registration with the SEC reflects this commitment and the values that have always guided our firm.

At SWP, we will continue to partner with our clients, now supported by enhanced capabilities and an expanded technology platform.

As we grow, our clients can continue to count on the dedicated team, personalized attention, and one-on-one relationships that have always been at the heart of our firm.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is this transition?

We are transitioning away from Osaic Wealth and affiliating directly with a custodial partner, Raymond James Custody Services (RCS), via our own Registered Investment Advisor firm, Select Wealth Partners. We've had a great relationship with Osaic Wealth, but have reached the point in our business where we can affiliate directly with a custodian, thus eliminating the third party services from Osaic Wealth.

What does this transition mean for me as an SWP client?

Your accounts at Osaic Wealth will be transitioned starting on November 5th, 2026. You will receive an email with a DocuSign envelope for these transfers. Select Wealth Partners along with a third-party transition consultant and in-house transition support from RCS, will monitor and track your accounts through the process. You will then have new accounts directly at RCS. Following the transfer, you will receive instructions on how to access your account holdings and statements via an online portal. If you cannot access your paperwork via DocuSign, we will work with you to sign paperwork in person, either at your home or at our office.

Will my investments change post-transition?

Select Wealth Partners will continue to manage your investment portfolio as we do currently. Given our expanded flexibility under our new RIA, there may be some changes to your portfolio to better align it with our investment management philosophy. Any changes that would trigger tax consequences will be discussed with you ahead of time.

What is the timeline for the transition?

Our new RIA will go live on November 5th, 2026 and we will begin sending out paperwork. Once paperwork is signed, we anticipate your accounts being transferred in 3-7 business days.

Why is Select Wealth Partners making this change?

Our main reason for this change is to put us firmly on the same side of the table as our clients by becoming a fee-only RIA. While we have always strived to put our clients' best interests first, becoming fee-only makes us fiduciary by law, assuring that you receive the highest standard of care from us, your trusted advisors. We also believe that having our own RIA gives us better control over our business for the future and can lead to cost efficiences within our business model over time.

How Will I Access my accounts online?

After your accounts begin to feed, we will publish instructions for logging into the client portal for online access to see all your accounts.

What does fee-only mean?

It means that the only way we receive compensation is directly from our clients. Commissions are paid by a financial company for selling investment and insurance products while fees are paid by the client to our firm for providing financial and investment advice. We will no longer be paid to offer commission-based products but will have solutions available for clients who need a commission-based product within the context of their financial plan. Our process to become fee-only will happen over the remainder of the year.

What else do I need to do in this transition?

Sign your paperwork as soon as possible! To minimize disruptions during the transition process, please sign your paperwork as soon as you receive it. After we have successfully transitioned the bulk of our client accounts, we will contact you about other transitions that need to take place, such as transferring insurance policies 529 accounts.
